Access to the Emoji Dock API is subject to rate limits and the API key terms. Misuse, including exceeding rate limits, sharing keys, or using the API for prohibited content, may result in key revocation and account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Unicode emoji characters are standardized by the Unicode Consortium and are free to use. Our website design, branding, code, and original content are owned by Emoji Dock. User-generated content (packs, stories, combinations) is owned by the user but licensed to us for display and service operation.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools (Emoji Generator, Story Generator, Combiner, etc.) produce content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to filter, block, or remove content that violates our policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Emoji Dock be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
