This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Emoji Dock's website, API, AI tools, and all related services. By using Emoji Dock, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use Emoji Dock to create, generate, upload, distribute, or share content that:
🚫 Sexual or Explicit Content
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
- Depicts sexual acts, nudity, or sexually suggestive content
- Sexualizes minors in any way (zero tolerance — immediate permanent ban)
- Promotes sexual exploitation or trafficking
🚫 Hate, Violence & Discrimination
- Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Contains slurs, dehumanizing language, or symbols of hate groups
- Encourages or glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Targets individuals with harassment, bullying, or threats
🚫 Harmful & Illegal Content
- Promotes illegal activities including drug manufacturing, weapons trafficking, or fraud
- Contains malware, phishing attempts, or social engineering attacks
- Infringes on intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights
- Spreads deliberate misinformation or disinformation designed to cause harm
- Impersonates real individuals, organizations, or government entities
2. AI Content Generation Rules
Our AI-powered tools (Emoji Generator, Story Generator, Emoji Combiner, Message Builder, etc.) are subject to additional safeguards:
- All AI-generated content is automatically filtered for prohibited material
- Prompts attempting to generate prohibited content will be blocked
- Repeated attempts to circumvent content filters will result in account suspension
- AI outputs are provided "as is" — users are responsible for reviewing and not distributing prohibited content
3. API Usage Rules
- Do not use the API to build services that violate this AUP
- Do not share, sell, or transfer API keys to third parties
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits through multiple accounts
- Do not use the API for automated scraping beyond your rate limit
4. Contributor Guidelines
Contributors who submit custom emojis must ensure their submissions:
- Do not contain prohibited content as defined above
- Are original or properly licensed for sharing
- Follow the Unicode standard naming conventions where applicable
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to abuse@emojidock.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP will result in one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Content removal: Prohibited content will be removed without notice
- Temporary suspension: 7–30 day account suspension
- Permanent termination: Severe or repeated violations
- Legal action: Where required by law
Content involving the exploitation of minors will result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
